Description
The Powerhobby Aluminum Motor Heatsink with Twin Turbo Cooling Fans is designed to help reduce motor temperatures in high-performance 1/8-scale RC vehicles.
The aluminum motor mount fits compatible motors measuring 40–42mm in diameter. Two high-speed 30mm cooling fans provide increased airflow across the motor to help control heat during extended runs, speed runs, and demanding off-road use.
Each fan reaches up to 28,000 RPM at 8.4V. The included JST Y-splitter combines both fans into a receiver-style connector that can plug into a compatible open receiver channel or external BEC. The total wire length is approximately 15 inches.

Installation Note
Secure the aluminum heatsink around a clean section of the motor can. Make sure the fans, covers, and wiring do not contact the motor shaft, pinion gear, spur gear, center driveshaft, or other moving components.
Connect the fans only to a compatible receiver port or external BEC supplying between 6V and 8.4V. Confirm that the selected power source can provide enough current to operate both fans. Do not exceed 8.4V.
