Description
The Traxxas 5863 is a pair of assembled and pre-glued tire and wheel units, pairing an SCT beadlock-style wheel in black with an orange beadlock ring, fitted with SCT off-road racing tires and foam inserts. They arrive mounted and glued at the factory, ready to bolt onto the hex.
The SCT off-road racing tread is the balanced general-purpose pattern used across the Slash range. The lug spacing is open enough to clear loose dirt and grass without becoming vague on hardpack, which makes it the sensible default for drivers running mixed terrain rather than one prepared surface.
Wheels use the short course dual-profile standard, 2.2 inches at the outer bead and 3.0 inches inside. The beadlock ring is a molded styling feature, not functional hardware, so nothing needs assembling.
These are TSM rated, meaning Traxxas has validated them for use with Traxxas Stability Management. Fitment is 4WD front and rear, or 2WD rear only.
Fits: Traxxas Slash 4X4 front/rear, Slash 2WD and Slash VXL rear.
