This is a Legends Lancia Stratos 1976 Rally Champions Twinpack - Limited Edition - Scalextric C3894A. In 1973, The Lancia Stratos made their rally première. The sleek features, Ferrari's strength, and phenomenal handling quickly propelled it not only to the pack's front but also to the rally fans' hearts around the planet. In world rally competitions the Stratos demonstrated to be immediately successful. It had several successes including the World Rally Championship in 1974, and it also took the Lancia crown in 1975. But in 1976 is when the car's third season saw its dominance. The Stratos locked out the podium in the rallies Monte Carlo and San Remo in the hands of Sandro Munari and Bjorn Waldegard, won the Portuguese rally, and ended first and second in Corsica.
Two excellent drivers from this year are included with this Limited Edition Scalextric twin pack, driving cars on some of the toughest stages of the year they've driven to several championships.
