Description
Kato 20-862 N Scale V3 Rail Yard Switching Track Set (Unitrack)
Turn a simple oval into a working railroad. The V3 set adds a three-track rail yard to your N scale layout, giving you a place to sort cars, stage trains, and store equipment off the main line. Everything you need is in the box: three #6 electric turnouts, turnout control switches, three bumper tracks, and all the connecting straight and curved track.
Like all Kato Unitrack, the V3 snaps together with UniJoiners — no soldering, no nailing, and no loose rail joints. The track has a built-in roadbed for a realistic look and reliable electrical contact, so you can set it up on the kitchen table or build it into a permanent layout. The turnouts can be thrown with the included controllers or by hand.
The V3 is designed to connect directly to the Kato M1 and M2 Master sets and works with every other V-series Variation set and individual Unitrack piece. Pair it with the V4 Switching Siding set for an even bigger yard.
