Description
This Axial Center Transmission Skid Plate is a direct-fit replacement underbody protector for the SCX6's central transmission and driveline, shielding it from rock strikes during technical crawling. A cracked or missing skid plate leaves the transmission housing exposed to impact damage, making this a practical protective upgrade or repair part.
Because it's a genuine Axial part engineered specifically for the SCX6 chassis, it's a direct-fit replacement using the vehicle's existing mounting points, without requiring any trimming or modification. It bolts on underneath the chassis to shield the most vulnerable central driveline components from ground contact on this large-scale rig.
This is a functional protective part rather than a cosmetic upgrade, aimed at SCX6 owners who crawl hard over rocky terrain and want to keep their drivetrain protected, or who are replacing a cracked stock skid plate. One center transmission skid plate is included per package.
