Description
The Traxxas 6946-RED is a factory pre-painted clipless body for the Slash 4X4, finished in red with decals pre-applied, and assembled with front and rear latches for the Traxxas clipless body mounting system. It also fits the Slash VXL and Slash 2WD.
The shell wears ProGraphix paint with the decals already applied and arrives fully trimmed, so there is nothing to cut, paint or sticker — it mounts straight out of the bag.
Clipless mounting does away with traditional body clips in favor of hidden latches. The body snaps on and off in seconds, there are no clips to lose, and the body lines stay clean and uninterrupted. Latches come pre-installed.
Fitment note: this mounts directly to current Slash models with clipless mounts. Older Slash chassis without them require the conversion parts — #6940 for the Slash 2WD, or #6976 and #10125 for the Slash 4X4.
